If you enrolled in a Wagmo Wellness plan through your employer and haven't received your activation welcome email, here's how to troubleshoot.
Check the timing
Welcome emails for a Wagmo Wellness plan are sent on the effective date of your plan, or the next business day if your effective date falls on a weekend or holiday. If your effective date hasn't arrived yet, your welcome email won't be sent.
If you enrolled with your employer within the last few days, your enrollment may not have been transmitted to Wagmo yet. Employers typically send enrollment data to Wagmo in batches. Your welcome email will be sent the next business day after Wagmo receives your information if your effective date has already arrived.
Check your spam folder
Wagmo welcome emails sometimes land in spam or junk folders. Check the email inbox associated with your work benefits, which is typically your work email.
You may have already activated
If you previously set up your pet's details and reimbursement method in Wagmo, your Wagmo Wellness plan account is already active and you don't need the welcome email. Log in at wagmo.io/sign-in using the email address you provided during activation, which may be your work or personal email. See Which email address should I use to activate or log in to Wagmo?
Request a new welcome email
If your effective date has passed, you've checked spam, and you haven't yet activated your Wagmo Wellness plan account, you can request a new welcome email. See How do I activate my Wagmo Wellness plan account? for the two recovery paths: entering your work email, or using your last name and employee ID if your employer didn't provide an email when setting up your benefits.
If none of the above resolves your issue, contact our support team with your name and the employer or benefits platform you enrolled through.
