Wagmo uses two different email addresses at different points in your account setup, which can be confusing.
For activation (employer-sponsored Wagmo Wellness plans): Wagmo sends your welcome email to whatever address your employer provided when they set up your benefits. This is typically your work email address. If you can't find your welcome email, check your work inbox (including spam and junk folders) before checking your personal inbox.
During activation, you can typically choose a different email address for ongoing account access. Many customers set their personal email as the login email so they can keep using the account after they leave their employer.
For logging in: Use the email address you set during activation, not necessarily your work email. If you used your personal email during activation, use that to log in. If you didn't change anything during activation, your login email is the same as the email your welcome was sent to.
For Direct Purchase Wagmo plans: Use the email address you entered during checkout on wagmo.io.
If your email isn't recognized when you try to log in, you may be using the wrong address. Try the other email (work vs. personal) you might have used. If neither works, you may not have activated yet. See How do I activate my Wagmo Wellness plan account?
