If you enrolled in a Wagmo Wellness plan through your employer, you activate your account by clicking the activation link in your welcome email. Activation is a one-time setup that adds your pet's details and configures your reimbursement method.
Activation only applies to Wagmo Wellness plans enrolled through an employer. If you signed up for a Wagmo plan directly on wagmo.io, activation is built into checkout and there's no separate step. Log in at wagmo.io/sign-in.
When you'll receive your welcome email
Once Wagmo receives your enrollment from your employer, your welcome email is sent the next business day on or after your plan's effective date. You cannot activate your account before your effective date.
How to activate
Open the welcome email from Wagmo and click the activation link. The link is unique to you and takes you directly into the activation flow. Follow the prompts to add your pet's details and set up your reimbursement method. Once you complete the steps, your Wagmo Wellness plan account is active and you can log in at wagmo.io/sign-in.
If you can't find your welcome email
You can request a new welcome email by entering your work email on this page. If your email matches what your employer has on file and you haven't activated yet, Wagmo will re-send the welcome email to that address. For full troubleshooting, see I haven't received my activation email. What do I do?
If your employer didn't provide an email when setting up your benefits
In rare cases, your employer's benefits system doesn't include an email address for you. If you've tried the work email form above and your account can't be found, you may be able to activate using your last name and employee ID at on this page. Once your account is matched, Wagmo will ask you for an email address and send the welcome email there. Enter your employee ID and last name exactly as they appear in your employer's benefits system, including any spaces, hyphens, or leading zeros.
If your activation link doesn't work
Your activation link may have already been used. Try logging in at wagmo.io/sign-in with the email address you used during activation. If that doesn't work, contact our support team.
