Account timing depends on how you enrolled.
For employer-sponsored Wagmo Wellness plans, you cannot activate or log in to your account before your plan's effective date. Your effective date is set by your employer's benefits schedule and listed in your enrollment confirmation. If you're not sure when your effective date is, contact your HR or benefits team.
Once your effective date arrives and Wagmo has received your enrollment from your employer, you'll get a welcome email with an activation link. See How do I activate my Wagmo Wellness plan account? If your welcome email doesn't arrive, see I haven't received my activation email. What do I do?.
For Direct Purchase Wagmo plans, account access is available immediately after checkout on wagmo.io. There's no separate activation step. Log in at wagmo.io/sign-in using the email address you used at checkout.
