Removing a pet from your Wagmo Wellness plan or Wagmo Insurance plan depends on which product the pet is enrolled in, since the two products are billed and structured separately.
Each pet on a Wagmo Wellness plan has their own individual plan with its own reimbursement limits and plan cost, so removing a pet from a Wagmo Wellness plan means canceling that pet's plan. See How do I cancel my Wagmo Wellness plan? for the cancellation process.
To remove a pet from a Wagmo Insurance plan, speak to a member of our team. A Wagmo Insurance plan cannot be modified directly from your Wagmo account, so our team will handle the change and connect you with our insurance team as needed.
If a pet is enrolled in both a Wagmo Wellness plan and a Wagmo Insurance plan, both will need to be canceled separately to fully remove the pet from your account.
