Wagmo offers two separate products: the Wagmo Wellness Plan, which reimburses you for routine and preventive care, and the Wagmo Insurance Plan, which covers accidents and illness. You may have one, both, or neither. The easiest way to confirm which plans you have is to log into your account at https://wagmo.io/sign-in and check your dashboard. Your active plans will be listed there.
If you enrolled in Wagmo through your employer as a workplace benefit, you have an Employer Plan. Employer Plan members typically have their membership fees deducted from their paycheck, and their plan year is determined by their employer's benefits schedule rather than their enrollment date. If you signed up directly on the Wagmo website and pay with your own credit card, you have a Direct Purchase Plan. Your plan year for a Direct Purchase Plan begins on the date your first payment was processed.
It is also possible to have one product through your employer and the other as a direct purchase. For example, some employer benefits packages include the Wagmo Wellness Plan, and you may have separately purchased the Wagmo Insurance Plan on your own, or vice versa.
