After submitting a claim through your Wagmo account, the claim should appear in the Claims section of your portal immediately. Log into your account at https://wagmo.io/sign-in and navigate to Claims to confirm it's listed there. If your claim is visible, it has been received and is in the queue for review.
Claims from a previous policy year will not appear in your portal. The Claims section only shows claims from your current active plan year. If you submitted a claim for a service from a previous policy year, you will not be able to confirm it through the portal. Reach out to support@wagmo.io and our team can confirm whether your claim was received.
If your claim is not showing up and it covers services from your current active plan year, the submission was most likely not completed. Log back into your account, resubmit the claim from the beginning, and make sure you reach the confirmation screen before exiting. Once the submission is complete, the claim should appear in the Claims section right away.
Processing time after submission depends on which Wagmo product the claim is for. Wagmo Wellness Plan reimbursement claims are typically processed within 24 hours. Wagmo Insurance Plan claims can take up to two weeks, as they go through a more detailed review. You can check the status of any claim at any time in the Claims section of your portal. If a claim shows an incorrect amount while still pending, that is a known display behavior that resolves once the claim is fully processed.
