If the "Make a Claim" option isn't showing up in your Wagmo account, your account likely isn't fully set up for claim submission yet. This applies to both Wagmo Wellness plan and Wagmo Insurance plan members.
Three things need to be in place before you can submit a claim:
- An active plan. Your Wagmo Wellness plan or Wagmo Insurance plan must be active and in good standing. Plans that are pending, suspended for non-payment, or canceled may not accept new claim submissions.
- A completed pet profile. Each pet on your Wagmo plan needs profile details saved (such as name, species, breed, and date of birth) so claims can be matched to the correct pet.
- A reimbursement method on file. Wagmo Wellness plan reimbursements are paid directly to you, so a payout method needs to be saved in your account before Wellness claims can be submitted.
Once all three are complete, the "Make a Claim" option will appear on your dashboard.
