If you've forgotten your Wagmo account password or need to reset it for any reason, you can do so from the Wagmo login page.
- Go to wagmo.io/sign-in.
- Click "Forgot Password" below the login fields.
- Enter the email address associated with your Wagmo account. If you have an employer-sponsored Wagmo Wellness plan, this may be your work email or a personal email depending on what you set during activation. If you have a Direct Purchase Wagmo plan, this is the email you used at checkout.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- Click the link in the email to set a new password.
- Choose a new password that meets the following requirements: at least 8 characters long, includes at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, and at least one special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*).
- Confirm the new password and save.
- Log in to your Wagmo account using your new password at wagmo.io/sign-in.
If the password reset email doesn't arrive after 10 minutes, you may be using an email address that isn't associated with a Wagmo account. See Which email address should I use to activate or log in to Wagmo?
If you continue to have trouble, contact our support team with your name and the email address you believe is associated with your Wagmo account.
