You can't edit, delete, or cancel a Wagmo Wellness plan or Wagmo Insurance plan claim yourself once it's submitted. Contact our support team with your claim number if you need to add documentation or cancel a claim.
Our claims team also catches common issues with Wagmo Wellness plan and Wagmo Insurance plan claims during processing, such as duplicate submissions or claims filed under the wrong pet, and corrects them without you needing to reach out.
