To cancel your Wagmo Insurance plan, contact our support team and we'll work with our insurance partner to process the cancellation. Cancellation fees do not apply to Wagmo Insurance plans. Before canceling, submit any outstanding claims for services rendered while your Wagmo Insurance plan was active.
If your pet has passed away, been rehomed, or you've otherwise lost ownership of your pet, please mention this when you contact our support team about canceling your Wagmo Insurance plan.
Wagmo Insurance plans are only available as a direct purchase. If you have a Wagmo plan through your employer, that plan is a Wagmo Wellness plan, not an insurance plan.
