Wagmo Insurance plans with policy IDs that begin with "W" require you to submit a claim within 270 days from the date of service. Under these Wagmo Insurance plans, the deadline is tied to the day your pet received treatment, not to your plan year end date. A service from early in your plan year may have a submission deadline that falls before the plan year ends.
Wagmo Insurance plans with policy IDs that begin with "B" allow claim submission at any time during your active plan year, with a 90-day window after the plan ends, is canceled, or renews. Under these Wagmo Insurance plans, claims for services rendered during the plan year must be submitted within 90 days of the plan end, cancellation, or renewal date.
For all Wagmo Insurance plans, the date of service (DOS) on a claim must fall within an active plan period. Services that took place before your effective date or after your plan ended are not eligible for reimbursement.
