You can find documents for your Wagmo Wellness plan and Wagmo Insurance plan from your pet's profile in the Wagmo app.
- Log in to your Wagmo account at wagmo.io/sign-in.
- Select your pet's profile.
- Find your Wagmo Wellness plan or Wagmo Insurance plan card and tap "View details."
- Scroll to the "Documents" section.
For your Wagmo Insurance plan, the "Documents" section includes your dated policy documents along with reference materials on waiting periods, pre-existing conditions, and how deductibles and reimbursements work. For your Wagmo Wellness plan, the "Documents" section includes reference materials on plan limits and how to set up reimbursement. You can also view our Wellness membership agreement here.
