Unfortunately, it is not possible to pre-approve services in advance. Each claim is unique and requires a thorough review. When you submit a claim, our adjuster will carefully review the details provided, potentially including your pet's medical records, to determine coverage.
For example, your pet may receive an exam that is covered under Wellness. However, if an exam is conducted because you visited a vet for injury related reasons, that exam may not be covered under Wellness. In this case though, that exam may be covered under Insurance. If you have both Wellness and Insurance with Wagmo the good news is you only need to submit a single claim and we’ll figure out what is Wellness related and what is Insurance related for you!
