Don't worry, it happens! If you accidentally submitted the same claim twice, no further action is needed on your end. Our claims adjusters will automatically identify and reject the duplicate during the review process. Only one claim will be processed.
What to Expect
- Both claims will appear in your portal
- Our adjusters will flag and reject the duplicate during review
- You will only be reimbursed once for the same invoice
- No action is needed from you
Good to Know
- If your duplicate claim shows as "submitted' or "pending" for a little while that's completely normal, it just means it's still in the review queue
- You won't be penalized for an accidental duplicate submission
