If you accidentally submitted a duplicate claim on your Wagmo Wellness plan, you do not need to take any action. Our claims team catches duplicate claims during review, rejects the duplicate, and reimburses you only once for the same service.
While your claims are being reviewed, both may show as "Submitted" or "Pending" in your Wagmo portal. This is normal, does not mean you'll be reimbursed twice, and you won't be penalized for an accidental duplicate submission.
