When you submit a Wagmo Wellness plan claim, the Wagmo team reviews the invoice to confirm the services or products are eligible under your Wagmo Wellness plan and that the documentation is complete. Once approved, the reimbursement is sent to the payment method you've set up in your Wagmo account.
A Wagmo Wellness plan reimburses through one of three methods:
- Venmo
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (via Plaid)
Plaid is a third-party tool that securely connects to your bank account to enable direct payments. Neither Plaid nor Wagmo stores your bank login credentials.

The reimbursement amount is based on the eligible items on your invoice, up to your Wagmo Wellness plan's annual limits. If an item exceeds the limit, the reimbursement is capped at the limit.
