Before you cancel, make sure any outstanding vet receipts have been submitted. Once your plan is cancelled, you will no longer be able to submit claims for eligible visits that occurred while your plan was active.
Because your Wellness Plan is administered through your employer's benefits program, cancellations are handled through your employer or benefits platform, not directly through Wagmo. If you enrolled through a benefits administration system, start there. Otherwise, your HR or benefits team can guide you through the process.
