How do I check the status of a claim?

You can check the status of a Wagmo Wellness plan or Wagmo Insurance plan claim from your Wagmo account. Claims for both products appear in the same list.

1. Log in to your Wagmo account.
2. Go to the "Claims" section.
3. Find the claim you want to check. Each claim shows its current status, such as "Submitted," "Processing," or "Reimbursed."
4. Click the claim to view details, including reimbursement amounts.

If a claim has been in "Processing" longer than expected or the status is unclear, contact our support team and we can look into it.
