No. Wagmo can only reimburse for services your pet received on or after your plan's effective date. This applies to both the Wagmo Wellness plan and the Wagmo Insurance plan.
Your effective date depends on how you enrolled.
Wagmo Wellness plan, direct purchase
Your Wagmo Wellness plan effective date is the date and time your first payment was successfully processed. If a vet visit happened the same day you signed up, we'll need a time-stamped invoice to confirm the service occurred after your plan began.
Wagmo Wellness plan, employer-sponsored
Your Wagmo Wellness plan effective date is set by your employer's benefits schedule. This is often different from the date you enrolled, especially if you signed up during open enrollment ahead of the plan start date.
Wagmo Insurance plan
Your Wagmo Insurance plan effective date is established when your policy is issued. Services your pet received before that date are not eligible for reimbursement.
