They do not. If your Wellness plan includes grooming services, you can use your preferred groomer for reimbursement. To submit a claim, we just need an itemized invoice that includes:
The business name, address, and contact information
Your pet’s name
Proof of payment
Once you provide these, your grooming services can be reimbursed through your Wellness plan.
