Whether you have a deductible depends on which Wagmo product you have. The Wagmo Wellness plan and the Wagmo Insurance plan work differently.
Wagmo Wellness plans do not have a deductible. The Wagmo Wellness plan reimburses eligible preventive and routine care up to the limits in your plan, so there is no amount to meet before reimbursement begins.
Wagmo Insurance plans do have an annual deductible. When you enrolled, you selected a deductible amount and a reimbursement rate. You can see the specific deductible and reimbursement rate on your Wagmo Insurance plan in your account dashboard.
