The Wagmo Wellness plan and the Wagmo Insurance plan do not issue plan cards or ID cards. Both products are reimbursement-based, which means you pay your vet at the time of the visit and then submit a claim for the eligible items on the invoice.
For Wagmo Wellness plan claims, eligible preventive and routine services are reimbursed up to your plan's annual limits. For Wagmo Insurance plan claims, eligible services are reimbursed by our insurance partner according to your policy terms. You submit one claim per pet per visit, and the Wagmo team routes the items as needed.
