If you enrolled in Wagmo through your employer, welcome emails are sent throughout the day on your plan's effective date. So if your plan just started, the activation email may still be on its way. The first step is to check your spam or junk folder, as these emails occasionally land there.
If you have already activated your account (the step where you provide your pet's name and breed), you do not need the welcome email. Log in at wagmo.io/sign-in using the email address you provided during activation, which may be your work or personal email.
If you have not yet activated and the email hasn't arrived, you can request a new welcome link at wagmo.io/benefits/enroll?flow=email-address. Use your work email address, as that is typically what your employer has on file for your benefits.
If your employer did not provide a work email when setting up your benefits, try wagmo.io/benefits/enroll?flow=employee-id instead. You will need your last name and employee ID exactly as they appear in your employer's system, including any spaces, hyphens, or leading zeros.
