If you enrolled in Wagmo through your employer's benefits program, cancellations outside of your annual open enrollment period are generally not permitted. Mid-year cancellations are typically only allowed in the case of a qualifying life event, such as a change in employment status, a change in benefits eligibility, or the loss of a pet.
If you believe you have a qualifying reason to cancel, your benefits administrator is the right starting point. They can confirm whether your situation qualifies and walk you through next steps.
If your plan year has ended or open enrollment is coming up, that's the right time to make any changes to your Wagmo plan, including dropping it entirely.
