They typically also apply to most of our employer plans but in very rare cases your employer may be offering slightly different limits or services for each plan type. - $100 towards flea/tick/heartworm prevention/year

- The Deluxe Wellness offers coverage for:
- 2 Routine exams (up to $200)/year
- 1 Routine blood work (up to $100)/year
- 4 Vaccines (up to $200)/year
- 1 Fecal test (up to $50)/year
- 1 Urinalysis (up to $50)/year
- $200 towards flea/tick/heartworm prevention/year
- $200 towards grooming/year
- $100 towards dental care/year
- 3 VetTalk training sessions
- Unlimited VetTalk chats and video per year
Please note that all of the services listed above can only be reimbursed under Wellness if they are conducted as part of a routine check up. If, for example, a blood test is used to determine the cause of a physical symptom, that blood test would be eligible for consideration under Insurance but not Wellness due to Insurance regulations.
Grooming includes services such as bathing, brushing, hair cuts or trims, nail trims, flea or tick shampoo applied by a groomer, teeth brushing, paw balms, and anal gland expression. Self bathing products or grooming tools for self use at home are not eligible for reimbursement at this time.
