If you signed up for Wagmo directly on our website (not through your employer) and you would like to cancel your Wellness or Insurance plan with Wagmo, please contact support@wagmo.io. Once we receive your request, we’ll be happy to assist you with canceling your plan. Please note that Wellness plans may be subject to a cancellation fee if canceled before your renewal date. The cancellation fee applies if you have received more funds in reimbursements than you have paid into the plan, and will be the lesser of the following: the amount reimbursed for claims minus total premium payments already made, or the remaining payments due on your plan.
If you signed up for Wagmo plans through your employer, canceling your plans will need to take place through your employer’s HR team or benefits portal. This process can differ by company, so please refer to any supporting documentation provided when you signed up. Wagmo is unable to cancel your plans directly.
