Direct Purchase Plans
If you signed up for Wagmo directly on our website (not through your employer) and you would like to cancel your Wellness or Insurance plan with Wagmo, please contact support@wagmo.io. Once we receive your request, we’ll be happy to assist you with canceling your plan. Please note that Wellness plans may be subject to a cancellation fee if canceled before your renewal date. The cancellation fee applies if you have received more funds in reimbursements than you have paid into the plan, and will be the lesser of the following: the amount reimbursed for claims minus total premium payments already made, or the remaining payments due on your plan.
Employer Plans
If you signed up for Wagmo plans through your employer, the timing and process for canceling your plans can differ by company, so please refer to any supporting documentation provided when you signed up. If you signed up for your plans through your employer's benefit or HR system, you will need to also request cancellation in that system or through their support team. If you signed up directly on Wagmo's website for employer plans, our support team may be able to help with your cancellation. Please note that cancellation may not be allowed mid plan year unless your pet passes or is re-homed.
