All Wellness claims are reimbursed based on the method you set up in your account, which is a required step before you can process your first claim. See below for instructions:
- Navigate to your “Account” settings (or click on the profile icon in the top right in the mobile app).
- Click on “Wellness Reimbursements.”
- Select your preferred choice of reimbursement method (Venmo, Paypal, or bank transfer through Plaid).
Please note that Plaid is a third party tool that connects to your bank account and allows for direct payments. While your banking info is required to set up this method of reimbursement, neither Plaid nor Wagmo will store your login or password to your bank.
