Yes, you can enroll your pets in different Wagmo Wellness plan tiers (Value, Classic, and Deluxe), but it depends on how you enrolled. Employer-sponsored Wagmo Wellness plans require the same tier for every pet, while directly purchased Wagmo Wellness plans let you choose a tier for each pet.
Wagmo Wellness plans purchased directly (Direct purchase)
If you purchase Wagmo Wellness plans directly through Wagmo, you can choose a different plan tier for each pet. For example, you can enroll one pet in Deluxe, another in Classic, and a third in Value.
Wagmo Wellness plans through your employer (Employer-sponsored)
If you enroll in Wagmo Wellness through your employer’s benefits platform, such as ADP, every pet on your employer-sponsored Wagmo Wellness enrollment must be in the same plan tier. For example, you cannot enroll one pet in Deluxe and two pets in Value under the same employer-sponsored enrollment.
