Your Wagmo Wellness Plan benefits reset at the start of each new plan year. When your plan year resets depends on how you enrolled.
If you have a Direct Purchase Plan, meaning you signed up directly on the Wagmo website and pay with your own credit card, your plan year resets on the anniversary of the date your first payment was processed. For example, if your first payment was processed on March 15, your benefits reset on March 15 each year.
If you have an Employer Plan, meaning you enrolled in Wagmo Wellness through your employer as a workplace benefit, your plan year is determined by your employer's benefits schedule. Your benefits reset at the start of your employer's new plan year, which may not align with your original enrollment date. If you enrolled mid-year through your employer, your first plan year may have been shorter than 12 months. Contact your HR or benefits team if you are unsure when your employer's plan year resets.
Unused benefits do not roll over. Any reimbursement allowance that has not been used by the end of your plan year does not carry over into the new plan year.
