The Wagmo Wellness plan does not reimburse spay or neuter services, microchipping, or deworming. These are explicitly excluded regardless of your plan tier.
The Wagmo Wellness plan also does not reimburse services from non-licensed individuals, unverifiable businesses, or self-service treatments. Office visits or consultations with a specialist your pet was referred to are not wellness eligible either, since the Wagmo Wellness plan covers routine and preventive care only, not specialist treatment tied to a diagnosed condition.
Any treatment related to an accident, illness, emergency, or end-of-life care is not wellness eligible under the Wagmo Wellness plan, since those fall under insurance rather than wellness. If you have a Wagmo Insurance plan, that treatment may be eligible there instead.
The Wagmo Wellness plan does not reimburse taxes, discounts, or non-treatment fees such as membership fees, collection fees, material fees, waste fees, or clinical support fees. It also does not reimburse services or products received before your Wagmo Wellness plan's effective date.
Invoices that are incomplete, handwritten, flagged as fraudulent, or from an unlicensed vendor may be denied at Wagmo's discretion.
