Your Wagmo Wellness plan typically runs on a 12-month coverage period from your enrollment date. You can submit claims for eligible services any time during that coverage period. Once your plan ends, is canceled, or renews, you have 30 days to submit claims for services that occurred during the prior coverage period. The date of service must fall within the coverage period you're submitting against.
Your Wagmo Wellness plan must be active and in good standing to be eligible for reimbursement. If your plan is canceled due to a missed payment, or if you cancel before completing your 12-month term, claims submitted after that point may not be eligible.
