The Wagmo Wellness plan is available in three tiers for direct purchase customers: Value, Classic, and Deluxe. Each tier reimburses for a different set of services and has different annual limits. Most services have both a utilization limit (how many times per year the service can be reimbursed) and a dollar limit (the maximum reimbursement amount), and whichever limit is reached first caps that benefit for the year. If you enrolled in a Wagmo Wellness plan through your employer, your tier and limits may be configured differently for your group, so log into your Wagmo account or check with your benefits team to confirm your specific reimbursement amounts.

A Wagmo Wellness plan only reimburses for these services when they're performed as part of routine, preventive care. If a service like blood work is performed to diagnose a physical symptom or condition, it isn't eligible for Wagmo Wellness plan reimbursement. Those services may be eligible under a Wagmo Insurance plan if you have one.
