If you have a Wagmo Wellness plan, you need to set up a reimbursement method in your Wagmo account before your first claim can be processed. You can also change your reimbursement method at any time.
To set up or change your reimbursement method:
- Log in to your Wagmo account at https://wagmo.io/sign-in.
- Go to your Account settings.
- Find the "Wellness Plan Reimbursement" section.
- Choose your preferred method: Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer via Plaid.
When you first activate a new Wagmo Wellness plan account, you should be prompted to set up your reimbursement method as part of activation. If you weren't prompted or skipped that step, you can follow the steps above at any time.
The reimbursement method you set up in your Wagmo Wellness plan account is for Wagmo Wellness plan claims only. Wagmo Insurance plan claims are reimbursed separately through our insurance partner. See Why are Wellness and Insurance reimbursed differently? for details.
