If you have a Wagmo Wellness plan through your employer, you may be able to swap one pet for another on your plan in specific situations.
A pet swap on your Wagmo Wellness plan is available if you've experienced a qualifying life event, such as the passing of your pet or rehoming your pet to a new owner. To request a swap based on a qualifying life event, contact our support team with documentation of the passing or rehoming and the new pet's name, date of birth, breed, gender, and spay/neuter status.
A pet swap on your Wagmo Wellness plan may also be available at renewal, even without a qualifying life event, as long as no claims were filed for the previous pet during the new policy year. To request a renewal swap, contact our support team within 30 days of your renewal date with the new pet's details listed above.
Pet swaps are only available under the Wagmo Wellness plan. Pets cannot be swapped on a Wagmo Insurance plan.
