Each pet you enroll will have their own plan, which in turn means their own reimbursement limits and plan costs.
If you pay for your Wellness plans directly (direct purchase), you can add another pet at any time by logging into your account, scrolling down below your existing plans, and clicking on 'Add a Pet.'
If you pay for your Wellness plans through payroll deduction (employer sponsored), you will likely need to log into your benefits portal or contact your benefits team to add another pet. A QLE may be needed to make such changes to your plans outside of open enrollment. Once the number of pets is updated in your benefits administration system, the change is then sent to us every few days by your employer and updated in your Wagmo account. Once we receive that change in enrolled pets, the next time you log in you will be prompted to provide the new pet's information (age, breed, date of birth, etc.).
