Before you can submit a claim you'll need to set up a reimbursement method in your account. When you first log in, you should be prompted to do so. If for any reason you are not directed to complete this process, you can follow these steps once logged into your account:
- Go to "Account" from the menu.
- Select "Reimbursement Method."
- Choose your preferred method of reimbursement: Venmo, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Once you’ve set up your reimbursement method you can begin to submit claims. Please note that the reimbursement method you create in Wagmo is for Wellness reimbursements only. Insurance claims will be reimbursed separately. You can read more about this here.
