VETalk is Wagmo's telehealth service, included as part of your Wagmo Wellness plan, that lets you chat or video call with a licensed veterinary professional about your pet's health.
You can access VETalk from your Wagmo account on the Wagmo website or through the Wagmo mobile app.
To access VETalk from the Wagmo website:
- Log in to your Wagmo account on the Wagmo website.
- From your account dashboard, click "Chat with a VetPro."
- Follow the prompts to start your VETalk session.
To access VETalk from the Wagmo app:
- Download and log in to the free Wagmo app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Select your pet's profile.
- Tap "VETalk" at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose a chat or call with a licensed veterinary professional.
- Follow the prompts to start your session.
